White-Label Branding Business
Agencies can rebrand the reports they send to clients so each report — PDF and email — looks like the agency produced it, not us. Configure once on the Report Branding page; every report generated after that uses the configured branding.
- Custom logo — uploaded once and embedded in the PDF header and email
- Brand name — replaces "Sentinel" in the PDF header/footer and the email body
- Accent color — applied to the PDF header and the email's header band
- Hide attribution — removes the "Generated by …" line from the footer and email
- Reply-To address — replies to the report email route to your agency, not us
The email itself is a branded HTML message (rather than plain text) with the logo inlined, so it renders without your client having to "load remote content". The From display name is your brand name, while the underlying address stays on our verified Postmark domain — no DNS or deliverability setup required.
White-label branding is included with the Business plan. Settings live at Reports → Branding; non-Business teams use the default Sentinel branding.
