Uptime monitoring and alerts
SSL certificate tracking

Response time analytics
Incident management
Status pages

Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Information

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Update your information to keep it accurate
Not impersonate any person or entity
Not create accounts through automated means

Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

Prohibited Activities

Subscriptions and Billing

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions renew automatically
Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your plan
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe
You authorize us to charge your payment method
Failed payments may result in service suspension
Refunds are provided at our discretion

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
No refunds for partial months
Access continues until the end of the paid period

Upgrades and Downgrades

Plan changes take effect immediately
Upgrades are prorated
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

Service Availability

Uptime Commitment

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue features with notice
Update the Service for improvements
Suspend accounts for violations of these Terms

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Data and Monitoring

Your Data

You retain all rights to your monitoring data. We store data according to your subscription plan:

Free Plan: 30 days retention
Pro Plan: 90 days retention
Business Plan: 1 year retention

Data Accuracy

We strive for accurate monitoring but:

Cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
Are not liable for missed incidents
May experience brief monitoring delays

Data Backup

You are responsible for backing up critical data. We recommend exporting important incident reports.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by rootstuff and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Feedback

Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services:

Payment processing (Stripe)
Notifications (email, SMS, Slack, webhooks)
Infrastructure providers

These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Termination

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service ends immediately
Your data will be deleted within 30 days
No refunds for unused services
Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination
